World Cultural Diversity Organization

Notice

Just as a butterfly can incite a storm and a blade can miniaturize a world, so can a long-gone African lip girl be enough to prick the nerves of human civilization.  More than 6,000 languages have dropped out of the "chorus", which brings a terrible atmosphere of death. Thus, a woman named Irina Bokova, on behalf of the Director-General of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), referred to and valued what she had seen: "Cultural diversity is increasingly under threat. Across the world, violent extremists have targeted cultural minorities and destroyed our shared heritage, to weaken the essential links between people and their history; On the other hand, unlimited urban development may assimilate our cities and gradually lose the social diversity and identity of the city itself, "the spokesman said. In fact, Three-quarters of the world’s major conflicts have a cultural dimension.Bridging the gap between cultures is urgent and necessary for peace, stability and development.  As a result, the World Cultural Diversity Organization should be born.

As the World Cultural Diversity Organization that adheres to the concept of "intercultural dialogue, inclusive development and innovative progress", Recognize that the cultural diversity includes the great contributions of the rich intangible heritage of mankind, and reaffirm the organization's efforts to build a more peaceful world based on mutual understanding and intercultural dialogue.

The World Cultural Diversity Organization is guided by the Universal Declaration on Cultural Diversity adopted by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). Taking the " World Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development" established by the UN General Assembly and UNESCO Convention on the Protection and Promotion of the Diversity of Cultural Expressions as a way forward, Four major objectives will be pursued:

1.Support sustainable systems of governance for culture

2.Achieve a balanced flow of cultural goods and services and increase mobility of artists and cultural professionals

3.Integrate culture in sustainable development frameworks

4.Promote human rights and fundamental freedoms

The four seasons in their alternating progress, and to the sun and moon in their successive shining. All things are nourished together without their injuring one another. The courses of the seasons, and of the sun and moon, are pursued without any collision among them.China's “golden mean”,the butterfly effect of the world. The collision, exchange and integration between different cultures are the power of cultural development and prosperity. With a population of more than 6 billion, more than 200 countries, 2500 ethnic groups and more than 6000 languages, people from different countries, nationalities and regions have made joint efforts to create all kinds of human cultures in the course of the development of calendar history. The era of economic globalization has provided a new historical opportunity for the exchange and blending of different cultures. Economic globalization has not only made exchanges between countries and nationalities more extensive and frequent, but also made the cultures of all ethnic groups more colorful and full of energy, and showing more distinct diversity of culture. Therefore, while actively participating in the activities of economic globalization, the World Cultural Diversity Organization has made every effort to speed up the process of cultural globalization in order to effectively protect the survival, promote the development and innovation refer to the culture diversity.

There is no doubt that the World Cultural Diversity Organization is a "harmony in diversity" open-ended organization, under the guidance of the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations, the Nobel Peace Prize laureate and the seventh Secretary-General of the United Nations, Mr. KofiAttaAnnan. He was the honorary chairman of the organization. In the same vein, Mr. BoutrosBoutros-Ghali and Mr. Ban Ki-moon are pleased to agree to join the honorary presidency. At the same time, Italy, Britain, the United States, Japan, China, Russia, Germany, France and other veteran diplomats, famous cultural people, as well as non-governmental organizations that contribute to the equal development of world culture, have also devoted themselves to the organization. A group of virtuous people have jointly carried out four aspects of international activities: international research and exchanges on cultural diversity, promotion and organization of global cooperation on cultural diversity, joint protection and development of a multicultural world, and innovation and progress in the category of culturally diverse human beings.

There is a prospect greater than the sea, and it is the sky; there is a prospect greater than the sky, and it is the human soul.Civilizations are like water, moistening everything silently. the World Cultural Diversity Organizationstrives to promote mutual respect and coexistence among civilizations, so that cultural exchanges can become a source of friendship for the people of all countries, an action to promote the progress of the people of all countries, and a belt to safeguard world peace.
